The competition covered two fields: power transmission and power transformation operation. The power transmission category included three practical operation projects, such as drone inspection, focusing on testing participants' safety operation awareness, high-altitude work skills and drone operation proficiency. The power transformation category adopted a "theory + practical operation" mode to comprehensively assess participants' professional knowledge, equipment operation skills and teamwork abilities. Scoring criteria were jointly formulated by EDL-T and EDL before the competition and were strictly adhered to during the event.
The competition tested the effectiveness of EDL-T's technical skills training and standardization efforts in power transmission and transformation. It laid a solid foundation for the future safe production and operation of EDL-T while reflecting the strength of cooperation between China and Laos in the power industry.
